The annual Gardens for Good Causes Exhibition at the Garden Museum in London will be open to visitors from 12 to 28 September, showcasing the ten charity gardens supported by Project Giving Back at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
The exhibition celebrates the wonderful show gardens created by award-winning garden designers including Jo Thompson, Nigel Dunnett, Joe Perkins and Tom Hoblyn. It also shines a light on the wide range of charities we supported in 2025, from national organisations like the Wildlife Trusts to smaller charities such as the ADHD Foundation, Seawilding and Songbird Survival.
Alongside beautiful photos and detailed information that bring the stories of the gardens to life, a series of objects and artefacts from the show gardens will also be on display. These include original artwork by Bob and Roberta Smith that featured in the Hospitalfield Arts Garden; the Together Bench that was a central element of the Hospice UK Garden of Compassion; and a Mycelium block from one of the sculptural columns in the Pathway Garden.
Each of these gardens has now either been relocated or is in the process of being permanently installed at sites across the UK, where they will continue to grow and support the charitable causes that inspired them.
This group of gardens represents the fourth and penultimate year of Project Giving Back’s programme of supporting gardens for good causes.
